The SX200 and 1000 laser beam welding systems can be configured for 2 beam planar packages or 3 beam coaxial packages. Each system is integrated with Miyachi Unitek's industry standard LW15A, which offers excellent branch stability and real time power feedback to provide reliable weld attachment.

Developing a package friendly device is key and Miyachi Unitek can offer up front package design support and prototype testing.
